* Identify and develop new sales opportunities for meeting room, boardroom, and training room integration projects.
* Consistently meet or exceed agreed monthly margin targets.
* Accurately forecast business opportunities, including revenue and gross profit, for both the current and upcoming three months.
* Use a solution-based sales approach to target corporate accounts and successfully close sales.
* Identify and capitalize on up-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
* Prepare tender documents, quotations, and clear technical documents for clients.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients.
* Minimum three years of B2B sales experience within a technology-driven sector, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the AV industry, with prior experience at a professional AV integrator.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
* Full UK driving license and own transport.
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
