As Production Planning Manager, your role is critical to managing the master planning on site through an experienced team of planners, buyers and schedulers. As such you will utilise your Master Scheduling background and strategic acumen to enable them to drive manufacturing efficiency improvements and for ensuring that material is released to production in an effective manner to support On Time Delivery (OTD).
First class management and leadership skills are essential. As Production Planning Manager you will lead, motivate and develop your team as well as provide support to drive a culture of master planning and ensure the company hits its On Time Delivery and World Class Reliability goals.
