We’re looking for a Superintendent Radiographer (MRI) to lead, shape and grow a high-performing team, while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, purpose-built environment. You will: Lead and supervise a team delivering high-quality MRI services Perform a range of routine and complex MRI scans (including contrast) Coach, mentor and develop radiographers to reach their full potential Drive clinical governance, audits and continuous improvement Support recruitment, induction and workforce planning Manage rotas and ensure safe, efficient service delivery Act as a key point of contact for your team and wider stakeholders What we’re looking for You’ll be a confident, experienced radiographer ready to step into - or continue - a leadership role. Essential: BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent) HCPC registration Strong experience in MRI scanning (routine and complex) Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams Excellent understanding of MRI physics, protocols and governance Strong organisational and communication skills You’ll stand out if you have: Experience supervising or leading a radiography team Involvement in recruitment, service development or audits Experience working in a fast-paced clinical or mobile environment A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and team performance What it’s like to work at InHealth We’re a team driven by one purpose: Make Healthcare Better.
