Our Tesco colleague pay rate starts from £12.45 per hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is Tesco policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, but opportunities for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available. We will schedule your contracted hours within your availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We are flexible and open to considering your availability if it closely matches our advertised times.
