Location: Essex / London
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum + company vehicle
Our client is seeking an experience Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial construction and refurbishment projects, from cradle to grave.
You will play a critical role at tender stage, shaping scopes, pricing works and setting programmes before leading the delivery phase on site.
This position will suit an individual who thrives in a senior leadership role, enjoys autonomy, and is confident managing multiple live projects while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial control.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Full lifecycle delivery of commercial projects from tender to completion
* Pre-construction involvement including scoping, estimating and tender submissions
* Programming, planning and reporting using Microsoft Project and Excel
* Acting as Principal Contractor and running CDM sites
* Managing site and project management teams
