Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service role for our client based in Finnieston.
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the customer journey, working within the Customer Services Team, and reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.
Salary: £23,000
Hours: 35 per week on rotation (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm)
Key Responsibilities:
•\tDeliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards at all times.
•\tEfficiently manage customer support tasks, meeting all deadlines.
•\tProcess daily rental collections, send correspondence, and issue CCA regulatory statements on time.
•\tAccurately update customer details and generate finance settlement quotes in line with KPIs.
•\tResolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
•\tComply with FCA regulations for early termination, the unwind process, and vehicle finance cancellations.
•\tLog all customer interactions accurately in the system.
•\tEnsure timely Credit Reference Agency reporting and daily asset registration submissions.
•\tMaintain accurate customer data in line with GDPR requirements.
•\tCollaborate with colleagues to foster strong relationships and support business objectives.
Requirements:
•\tStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, particularly the Consumer Credit Act.
•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•\tExperience in a Customer Services Administrator role or a similar position.
