The role
Working within a busy production area, you will:
7. Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
8. Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
9. Work towards daily production targets
10. Complete physical and manual handling tasks
11. Follow health & safety procedures at all times
What we're looking for
12. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential)
13. Good attention to detail
14. A flexible approach to shift work
15. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
16. Strong awareness of health & safety
Shift pattern - 4 week rotating cycle
Week 1 - Afternoon Shift
Sunday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00
Saturday & Sunday off
Week 2 - Morning Shift
Monday to Saturday | 06:00 - 14:00
Week 3 - Night Shift
Sunday to Friday | 22:00 - 06:00
Week 4 - Paid Time Off
Once finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive 8 paid shifts for your time off.
