*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Lead, inspire, and shape a strong, child-focused culture
* Ensure homes meet (and beat) Ofsted standards
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
* Oversee operations, staffing, budgets & placements
* Collaborate with professionals to create meaningful change in young lives
* Develop in of our key areas to contribute to senior leadership team and specialise such as training, development, safeguarding, senior management, compliance etc
*What You’ll Bring*
* QCF Level 3 (required), Level 5 in Leadership (preferred)
* 2+ years senior residential care experience
* Solid knowledge of Children’s Home Regs & safeguarding
* Confidence, compassion & a drive to lead with impact
* Full UK driving license
