Job Description
An established high‑end residential main contractor is looking for an assistant quantity surveyor to join their small but dedicated team. The client delivers throughout Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and London. They are looking to add an aspiring assistant quantity surveyor to their team in Farnham.
The successful candidate will join a team specialising in bespoke one‑off refurbishments and luxury homes across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex, including manor houses, extensions, outbuildings and bespoke new builds by the sea.
The company has an incredible pipeline of works, having secured multiple projects for this year and many more for next year. They are offering a permanent, stable, long‑term opportunity with great support and development prospects.
The assistant will be based in their office five days a week, working closely with the Senior QS and a director. This is a real opportunity to learn and develop alongside experienced professionals.
Your day‑to‑day will largely be in line with a QS or the director you are working with, whether that be on site or in the office.
