Responsibilities
* Maintain a high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
* Establish and maintain pupil behaviour standards to create an orderly and productive environment.
* Create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values and ethos.
* Undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment.
The Ideal English Teacher will:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a PGCE in English (ECTs welcome)
* A proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that achieve excellent student outcomes.
* A genuine passion for English and the ability to inspire students' love for literature and language.
