Key Responsibilities:
* Develop retrofit design solutions in line with PAS2035:2023
* Interpret Retrofit Assessments, Condition Reports and IOEs
* Produce detailed technical specifications and design documentation
* Develop ventilation strategies (Approved Document F compliant)
* Undertake U-value calculations, thermal bridging analysis and condensation risk assessments
* Identify building risks, constraints and propose mitigation solutions
* Support the Whole House Retrofit approach
About You:
* Fully qualified Architect MCIAT or ARB accredited (essential)
* Experience in domestic retrofit projects
* Strong knowledge of insulation, ventilation, moisture management and fabric-first principles
* Good working knowledge of xxuwjjq Revit/CAD and Microsoft Office
* Understanding of PAS2035 and retrofit compliance requirements
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
