This role
As the Domestic Heating Servicing Contracts Manager in the Heating Team, you will lead the delivery of the gas safety and renewable servicing programmes for MTVH properties. You will also be responsible for leading on block and domestic remediation works programmes across our building stock that has been highlighted by Gas Transporters and from within DSEAR reports.
You will be responsible for monitoring contract budgets and ensuring services are managed effectively, providing value for money and delivering the agreed services. You will work closely with appointed consultants who will provide support relating to statutory and regulatory compliance and technical expertise.
