Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
* Define long‑term product vision, goals and roadmaps across multiple products.
* Lead the entire Product Life‑Cycle Management process with rigor and consistency.
Innovation and Market Impact
* Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.
* Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
* Lead, mentor and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
* Partner effectively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales Managers and other ELW teams.
Customer‑Centric Focus
* Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.
* Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post‑launch.
Execution and Delivery
* Oversee product launches, positioning and ongoing optimisation.
* Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data‑driven decision‑making.
Financial and Operational Excellence
* Manage cost targets, pricing input and design‑to‑cost efforts with cross‑functional partners.
* Balance risks, prioritise initiatives and ensure commercial success.
Stakeholder Influence
* Communicate progress, strategy and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Champion alignment across teams to secure buy‑in and accelerate delivery.
Travel: Occasional solo travel for customer visits, exhibitions and commercial training.
Qualifications
General requirements for the role:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience with technical products.
* MBA or advanced degree (desirable).
* Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.
