PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED. 11 HOURS PER WEEK (ONE TO ONE ONLY). MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY MORNING OR AFTERNOON FLEXIBLE. FUEL ALLOWANCE PROVIDED. MUST HAVE A CAR. YOUR MEAL IS PROVIDED. MUST HAVE A DBS AND PROVIDE A REFERENCE. CHILDCARE MUST BE IN PLACE IF REQUIRED. I’m looking for a personal assistant to help me remain independent in the community, take me to the cinema. I like to watch the latest films, have an interest in music and a bit of sport. I like to visit many food outlets where I like to eat, such as the White Rose Shopping Centre, and I like to visit a local pub in my area. I like to go to Crown Point, Leeds city centre, Morley, and I like to do my own shopping when I’m out. I like to visit different places and learn new things. This personal assistant must be reliable, honest, trustworthy and committed to doing this role. I’m bubbly, outgoing, happy, like to sing now and again and just enjoy my day. On a Tuesday morning I attend an art class which I really enjoy. I’m 34 years old. I like to be happy and laugh and enjoy my day. There are a few things I don’t like—loud noises, fire alarms and other noises unless I’m made aware of what they are, and you need to be able to help me stay calm and reassuring that it’s okay. I need to link on to your arm to maintain my disability and balance. I cannot use an escalator, so a lift must be used. Non-smoker or vaper would be preferred but not required. Reference: 86ec1e36.
