The successful candidate will assist general operations in the office/workshop like answering phones, taking messages and recording new client details. General Duties Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner. Record and update new client details in the database. Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services offered. Assist with daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows. Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining office records. Prepare and send correspondence as required.
