We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our team.
What You'll Do:
* Build trusting relationships with individuals with complex needs
* Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Help people access healthcare, housing, benefits, and other services
* Work collaboratively with local partners and agencies
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans
About You:
* Experience working with vulnerable adults
* A non-judgmental, empathetic approach
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full driving licence and access to transport is desirable
