Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Rayleigh

1. Competitive basic salary of £33,600 per year
2. OTE earnings of up to £42,500 annually
3. Guarantee of £40,000 for the first three months to support your earning confidence
4. Full-time working week of 46.33 hours

Duties:
7. Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs efficiently and accurately
8. Diagnose issues correctly and provide solutions to dealerships’ standards
9. Maintain detailed and accurate service records
10. Assist with MOT testing (if qualified)
11. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
12. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle status and repair requirements
Requirements:
13. Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership preferred
16. MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
18. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality work
