Head of Operations – Fire & Security A well-established and growing Fire & Security services business is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and develop its national operational function. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, compliance, financial control, and team leadership across installation, maintenance, and remedial services. The Role Reporting into the executive team, the Head of Operations will be accountable for driving operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability, while supporting the continued growth and reputation of the business.
