A look into the role.
Henderson Group is offering an exciting internship opportunity for an MSc AI student to work at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption. This role provides hands-on experience shaping AI strategy and implementing innovative solutions across the organisation.
You will contribute to three high-impact workstreams:
Productivity AI using Microsoft Copilot
AI-enabled solution design with Copilot Studio and LLMs
Transition from RPA to next-generation agentic automation

As the AI Intern, you will:
* Coach business users to get more value from Microsoft Copilot by identifying productivity opportunities.
* Analyse current ways of working and design practical AI-driven use cases, prompts, and workflows tailored to business functions.
* Prototype AI-powered solutions such as conversational agents, workflow assistants, and knowledge bots using Copilot Studio.
* Explore the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) to tasks including document summarisation, knowledge retrieval, and data interpretation.
* Develop early-stage prototypes and logic flows demonstrating the potential of agentic AI.
* Support the development of responsible AI practices, ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, and aligned with governance standards.
* Create clear documentation and engaging training materials to support adoption of AI tools.
* Assist with internal demonstrations, workshops, and initiatives to build organisational capability and confidence in AI.
Skills for Success
What we are looking for:
* Current MSc student in AI in Business (or related discipline)
* Strong interest in applying AI within a business environment
* Understanding of LLMs and modern AI tools
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
* Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath)
* Familiarity with prompt engineering or conversational AI
