ROLE: Administrator
LOCATION: Kettering
HOURS OF WORK: 20 hours per week (Apply online only) or 1000 – 1400)
BASIC SALARY: £13.24 per hour
Company Profile
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role supporting day-to-day office operations, including data entry, filing and handling telephone enquiries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a computer, have good attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Your responsibilities as an Administrator:
* General administrative duties
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Filing and organising documents
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Responding to basic email enquiries
* Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
To be successful as an Administrator you will have:
* Good level of computer literacy (e.g. email, Word/Excel or similar)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Organised and able to manage simple administrative tasks
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Reliable and punctual
