27th May, 2026 Job Title : Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location : West Midlands Salary : £33k - £45k (dependent upon experience) Car We're looking for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a civil engineering organisation in Worcestershire. The company is growing and has a proven track record of delivering projects to an exceptional standard. As a Trainee/Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a team that believe in supporting, developing and progressing key talent. What you'll be doing: Assist in the successful financial delivery of projects Assist with preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations Helping to manage relationships with clients, suppliers and the on-site team Helping to monitor project costs and financial performance Working closely with Quantity Surveyors to enhance the success of projects What you'll bring: Relevant experience in quantity surveying within construction A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (ideal but not essential) Strong numerical and analytical skills What's on offer : Competitive salary and benefits On-going training, development, and opportunities for career progression.
