The role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care to domestic customers, visiting each property several times a year as part of a planned seasonal programme.
Your day will typically include:
* Applying lawn treatments (fertilisers, weed and moss controls)
* Advising customers on lawn health and improvement
* Completing digital lawn care reports using our industry-leading software
* Carrying out seasonal work such as aeration, scarification and over-seeding
* Working with teammates on larger projects during peak periods
This is a customer-facing role, so being presentable, friendly and confident speaking with homeowners is essential.

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons
* Takes pride in doing a job properly
* Communicates well and enjoys helping customers
* Works confidently both independently and as part of a small team
* Is comfortable using basic IT (tablet, reports, email)
* Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy driving a van
Area of work
Many of our clients are located within a 10-mile radius of our operational base in Bradmore (NG11). From experience, our most successful technicians tend to live locally, helping to keep travel times short and working days well balanced. Location can be discussed as part of the application process.
Experience in lawn care, grounds maintenance or gardening is helpful but not essential — we value attitude, care and willingness to learn just as much.
