We are looking for an individual to join our small technical support team, within Environment Division of Neighbourhood and Environment. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will:- respond to service requests and service complaints relating to Clean & Green issues monitor service delivery, environmental standards and customer satisfaction provide technical support to front line operational teams in implementing service improvements and resolving problems plan and deliver service improvement projects use and develop a wide range of software systems and to maintain and develop appropriate skills in the use of CRM and GIS systems for this purpose. This will involve planning maintenance work, costing of operations and liaising with both internal and external operational services to deliver the work in line with budgets. You will be expected to travel around the County to carry out the duties of the post and therefore your own transport would be beneficial. WHAT WILL I NEED? You will be educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject. Experience of delivering front line services relating to this post or similar areas and knowledge of best practice in Clean and Green Services is essential.
