Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking a dedicatedOccupational Therapist (OT)to join our school district team in Oregon. This role offers flexibility with bothfull-time and part-timeopportunities available. Youll work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students in achieving their academic and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings to enhance students' fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate strategies into the school environment.
* Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Support student participation in school activities, promoting independence and success.
Qualifications
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon(or eligibility for licensure).
* Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for working with children and helping them reach their fullest potential.
