Regional Sales Manager / Luxury Property Developer / Reading & Maidenhead / £50,000–£60,000 base plus commission My client, a highly reputable residential property developer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple developments within the region. This is a senior role within the sales structure, responsible for leading Project Sales Managers and their teams to deliver strong sales performance, exceptional customer experience and high-quality presentation standards. They are looking for an experienced property sales leader with a proven background in new homes/off-plan sales and multi-site management within the residential sector. Role and Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and develop Project Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to drive high performance across all sites. Set and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales rates in line with commercial targets. Work closely with Marketing to introduce new ideas, campaigns and content to support sales activity. Review and present monthly and quarterly sales reports, pricing strategies and market insights to senior management. Conduct site visits, viewings and team coaching sessions to ensure best practice and consistent standards.
