Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Casino Manager, Dealer/Inspectors are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience through the demonstration of welcoming, polished, personalised, attentive and engaging behaviours. This includes but is not limited to:
* A focus on customer service values. Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons.
* Contributing to a culture of positivity.
* Maintaining game integrity and consistency.
* Inspecting dealer performance.
* Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System.
Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years’ dealer/inspector experience.
* Mayfair casino experience.
* Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
* Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements.
* A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills.
Work Conditions:
* Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the Right to Work in the UK at interview stage.
