* Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
* Conduct financial modelling and assess loan/asset risks, presenting key insights to the team
* Prepare detailed investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
* Stay informed on the UK real estate market and attend borrower meetings, due diligence reviews, and site visits
* Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you're involved in
Who we are looking for
* At least 2 years of relevant financial experience (e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/credit, accounting/audit, or real estate finance)
* Basic knowledge of the UK real estate market
* Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
* Ability to create detailed, high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
