We are now looking for an HR / People Administrator to provide vital administrative, logistical and coordination support to the whole People Team. Office hours are hybrid with typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The HR / People Administrator role will involve: Managing the HR Inbox and dealing with queries Onboarding new starters from offer to payroll - managing new employees compliance Dealing with internal and external departments Writing and producing correspondence Assisting with annual tasks eg: Pay reviews and Insurance Renewals Monitoring and updating records for DBS checks, driving licence checks, inductions, probations, appraisals and other HR records Assisting the H&S Manager with production of monthly, quarterly and Board reports. Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in an HR environment Strong communication skills, engaging with colleagues and key stakeholders Competent organisational and planning skills, to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives. Excellent attention to detail. Confident with technology, including Microsoft Office.
