As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be the strategic partner for our most significant clients in high-growth verticals like Technology and Entertainment. This role is a unique blend of consultative sales, deep product expertise, and strategic marketing leadership. Your primary goal is to drive growth and measurable ROI for our top advertisers by acting as their trusted advisor across the entire marketing lifecycle—from strategy and media planning to creative integration and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Growth & Consulting: Lead the development and implementation of high-impact, ROI-positive marketing strategies grounded in client objectives. Act as the primary strategic consultant on media planning, creative direction, and technical integration.
* Data-Driven Solutions: Use data, analytics, and attribution solutions to constantly improve advertiser performance, provide actionable business insights, and build sophisticated, customized solutions for complex client needs.
* Client & Account Management: Provide dedicated, high-touch account management. Manage strategic client conversations, nurture key relationships, and collaborate with agencies and external partners (creative, media, measurement).
* Operational Excellence: Oversee all internal account operations, including revenue delivery, troubleshooting, budget management, and the ongoing planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns. Manage complex cross-functional projects and deliver daily client-facing data/insights reporting.
* Vertical Expertise: Develop and apply deep expertise in assigned verticals (e.g., Technology, Entertainment) to drive holistic business objectives for advertisers.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years in ad sales, marketing, media, consulting, or a related field, with a track record of driving significant business impact.
* Technical Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated expertise with digital media platforms, advertising metrics (especially Direct Response marketing), and ad-tech/data solutions.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to work with and analyze large datasets, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and business solutions.
* Collaboration & Project Leadership: Experience working effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
* Mindset: A passionate self-starter with strong commercial acumen, client service focus, and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity, dynamic environment.
* Availability: Capacity to travel as needed for client and partner meetings.
* Language: Fluency in English.
