Senior Quantity Surveyor – £70M High‑Rise Development
Our client, a leading building contractor in Wales, is embarking on a flagship high‑rise project. The contract, a Design & Build (D&B) arrangement, will span approximately 110 weeks. The successful candidate will commercially lead the scheme from inception, oversee a small team, and report directly to the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities
Commercial and contractual delivery of the high‑rise development, managing contractual relationships, cost control, and ensuring the project stays within budget and schedule.
Requirements
* 6–8+ years’ experience with a main contractor
* Strong knowledge of D&B JCT contracts
* Experience with high‑rise projects desirable, but not essential
