Accounts Payable Administrator
VANRATH are working with well-established company in Cookstown is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team. What Youll Do
* Processing supplier invoices in line with company procedures
* Investigating and resolving invoice or payment queries with suppliers and internal teams
* Ensuring timely approval and payment of invoices within agreed terms
* Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
* Managing petty cash across multiple sites in Sterling and Euros
* Supporting the finance team during busy periods and assisting with reporting
* Contributing to ad hoc finance tasks and departmental projects as required
About You
* Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
* Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
* A problem-solving approach and willingness to support other areas of the team as needed
