Accounts Payable Assistant, £26,500, Harrogate
A business in Harrogate is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant to join their AP team supporting the AP Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of all payments within the agreed timeframes and in accordance with their regulations and policies.
The post is hybrid with the opportunity to work from home 3 days/week.
Duties
1. Process a high volume of invoices in accordance with internal controls and policies.
2. Reconcile vendor and nominal accounts as part of the month end processes.

4. Manage the Central AP mailbox to ensure all invoices are processed
Requirements
·Accounts Payable experience is essential
·Be proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics D365) and be experienced using MS Excel skills.
