Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hebburn for a Help Desk Administrator. The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling engineer visits, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and technical teams. Daily tasks include logging and prioritizing service requests, monitoring progress to ensure timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality customer support in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to log, track, and prioritize service requests efficiently
Proficiency in communication and customer service to provide support and updates to clients
Team collaboration skills to ensure seamless coordination between clients and engineering teams
Problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with facilities management or maintenance processes is advantageous
Proficient in using scheduling software and office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
