Job Description:
Our team welcomes you to the Audi F1 Project, which will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany, starting January 1, 2026. In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will be part of the department management team working on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.
Your Mission
* Support the head of the ERS department as an interface between development departments and workshops
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
* Help manage budgets for ERS projects
* Coordinate cross-departmental testing and deployment of ERS components
* Assist in planning assembly of components with responsible teams
* Contribute to optimizing development processes and methods
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, with project management skills
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
