Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home
Location: Brierfield, Burnley
Salary: Up to £37,834 (depending on qualification held)*
Hours: full time (2 days and 2 sleep nights in a row, following by 4 day break)

*Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £13.80 to £15.45 per hour for days (depending on qualifications held) and working 8 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night). Rates applicable from April 2026.

11. A minimum of 12 months experience in residential childcare
12. A Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent)
13. A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings
14. A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
15. Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (rota given in advance but likely to be 2-on, 4-off)
16. Candidates must have to work in the UK
