Store Location: Tavern Street, Ipswich
Hours: 13 hours per week
Salary: £12.65 per hour; 25% colleague discount; 28 days annual leave pro rata
Responsibilities
* Be a central point of contact for customers and provide world class customer service.
* Complete industry-leading retail operational training to become able to advise across our product range.
* Specialise in areas of interest such as sport, nutrition, and beauty where possible.
* Maintain high store standards and contribute to promotional activities and incentives.
Qualifications
* Entry level role; prior retail experience is not required but advantageous.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Compassionate and consultative approach to customers.
* A positive attitude and driven nature.
* Passion and enthusiasm for our products.
* Basic IT skills to use in-store technology.
