Overview
Production Operatives - Earlies or Lates at Puratos. Location: Buckingham. Permanent Early Shift: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00. Permanent Late Shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 – 22:00. Salary: £27,000 (+50p per hour shift premium for Late shift).
What You Will Do
* Follow the daily production plan to meet output targets.
* Prepare each batch according to SOPs and seek support when needed to ensure accuracy.
* Ensure all raw materials are present and handled safely.
* Maintain 100% allergen control and prevent cross-contamination.
* Complete quality and traceability checks.
* Coordinate the supply of raw materials and equipment to ensure efficient production.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, including the Production Team Leaders.
* Support new product launches and trials with the R&D team.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and support high-profile visits and audits.
* Assist in training and induction of new team members.
* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams to address non-conformances and improvement areas.
