Job Title: Assistant Headteacher
Location: Upton Grange School - Slough SL3 7LR
Salary: GBP55,728.00 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher to bring innovation and creativity to inspire learning in an SEN environment for pupils with varied and complex needs. You will be a key figure in safeguarding, ensuring pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.
In partnership with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide authentic leadership to our multidisciplinary team, establish school aims, ensure high standards of quality and compliance, and develop individualised learning programmes for pupils.
Who we are looking for
We seek an Assistant Headteacher with experience, leadership skills, and vision to empower students and help them reach their potential. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent with Qualified Teacher Status and experienced in an SEN environment, with a passion for leading teams and supporting pupils.

Upton Grange School caters to pupils aged 3-11 years, employing diverse teaching strategies to support learners with various needs.
