Sales Manager, Speke, Liverpool - £50K - £55K Bonus and Benefits We have a great opportunity for a dynamic, commercially driven Sales Manager to join one of the UK's leading suppliers of medical products and occupational health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two regional Field Sales Executives (North and South) and two Telephone Account Managers, ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities: Generate new business and identify opportunities to expand the current customer portfolio. Drive sales growth by motivating the team to achieve revenue and margin targets. Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the retention and growth of existing accounts. Prepare and deliver monthly and annual sales plans and forecasts. Implement continuous improvement plans for customer accounts. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Monitor sales pipeline and CRM activity, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop sales strategy and go-to-market plans. Qualifications and Experience Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the medical, healthcare, or consumables sectors. Experience managing both field-based and office-based sales teams. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data, drive margin, and deliver results. Comfortable networking, representing the business at events, and driving new market opportunities.
