As a Multi Skilled Carpenter, your main responsibilities will be; Duties and Responsibilities Carrying out a wide range of carpentry works as well as building maintenance within live buildings, accommodation units and laboratory environments to name a few. Works involve Carpentry as well as general building maintenance Working mobile Working on commercial sites Carry out minor small work alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications. You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Providing excellent customer service when on site. Identify non-repairable issues and promptly advise the Regional Supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable alternatives. The Successful Applicant To be considered for our Fabric Engineer role; You will be experienced in joinery or carpentry is essential. NVQ Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) CSCS Skill card (Joiner ); Experience of undertaking plumbing/drainage works and PAT testing; SPA, IPAF & PASMA Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; You will have worked on commercial sites Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
