Job Description
As a Digital UX Graduate, you will work directly with a UI/UX Designer, supporting the full research and design cycle, from planning and conducting sessions to analyzing results, building digital content, and sharing insights.
Together is undergoing significant digital transformation. There’s a growing need for research and richer content to support improved online experiences, simplified journeys, and better self-service options across personal, business, and intermediary customer types.
One of your major projects will be Nexus, our new digital platform for brokers and direct customers. Nexus will enable login access, allowing users to manage their applications online from submission to completion.
You will support user research, media creation related to this project, and help ensure the platform is intuitive, efficient, and meets the needs of customers and stakeholders alike.
Day-to-day activities include:
* Supporting the UX Designer with research activities on live projects
* Planning, running, and analyzing interviews, testing sessions, and surveys
* Working closely with teams in Product, Marketing, Data, and Digital
* Participating in internal or external training on UX and accessibility
* Contributing to high-impact projects like Nexus and other digital improvements
* Creating media elements for web, including desktop, mobile, and tablet

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Graduated in 2024 or due to complete in 2025
* Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
* Interest in the Financial Services industry
* Interest in UX and digital research
* Some experience with research methods (from university or placements)
* User-focused mindset and desire to improve digital services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
