TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School based in Medway, who are looking to appoint a KS1 Primary Teacher. This lovely school provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing and engagement. The school also benefits from fantastic outdoor learning spaces, encouraging creativity and exploration across the curriculum.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher on a long-term basis from September. The successful KS1 Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 / KS1, while also supporting pupils with SEN within the classroom. The Senior Leadership Team are committed to supporting the successful KS1 Primary Teacher throughout their placement and beyond.
The successful KS1 Primary Teacher will have:
QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
Experience supporting children with SEN
Excellent classroom management
A positive and proactive approach to teaching
Strong communication and organisational skills
