Role: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote (UK-based candidates only)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (dependent on experience)
Are you a proactive Salesforce Administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in the public sector? We're supporting a UK-based not-for-profit organisation that plays a vital role in connecting leaders across public services. They're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to help shape and optimise how the platform supports their mission-driven operations.
The Role:
* Act as the key Salesforce resource across the organisation, bridging the gap between internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively to translate business needs into Salesforce functionality using a structured, project-based approach.
* Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce (no development/coding required).
* Oversee and guide a junior admin focused on data cleansing and routine tasks.
* Liaise confidently with technology partners, understanding “tech speak” well enough to influence outcomes and support platform evolution.
Skills:
* A culturally aligned professional who believes in the power of public service and thrives in mission-driven environments.
* Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in complex or membership-based settings (events, recruitment, learning platforms, etc.).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills – someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
* UK-based and comfortable working remotely.
