As a Recruitment Consultant at Reed, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients over the phone and in person
* Finding and attracting the best candidates for your clients’ recruitment needs
* Creating and posting attractive and professional job adverts
* Interviewing and preparing candidates for interviews
* Negotiating offers and contracts between your clients and candidates
