Hours: Monday to Sunday, Days and Nights, 42-48 hours a week
Rate: £13.72 per hour

Qualifications
* Over 18 years of age (SIA licence requirement)
* Must hold a valid SIA licence.
* Must be over 21 and hold a UK Driver licence for minimum 1 year.
* Proof of right to work within the UK
* A 5-year minimum checkable history – vital requirement!
Responsibilities
* The maintenance of good order on site, including the protection of everyone therein against violent acts, abuse and accident.
* The protection of the client’s property against loss, theft, damage (including fire and water) and waste.
* The protection of private property belonging to the client, their staff and visitors against loss, theft and damage.
* Prevent offences against the law of the land, Unitrust disciplinary codes and policies and ensure all are brought to the attention of the management.
* Ensure basic fire precautions are in place and means of escape are clear.
* Undertake internal and external patrols and inspections in accordance with Assignment Instruction/SOP’s, utilising the patrolling and reporting system where applicable.
* Working with the reception team, meet and greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out (some standing may be required).Escalating any security and maintenance related issues to the Facilities Team by detailed and accurate emails/incident reports.
* Production and administration of access cards for tenants, visitors and contractors for the access control system.
* Monitor, escalates and responds to alarms as required with the CCTV, Security & BMS systems.
* As part of the Facilities Management Response Team, provide assistance with emergency procedures in accordance with instructions and training.
* Management of contractors for the client and tenants, liaising with tenants particularly during tenant fit‑out stage.
* Completing permit to work forms as required.
