Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day store/restaurant operations
* Drive sales growth and profitability through strong commercial leadership
* Manage and monitor KPIs, including sales, labour, costs, and productivity
* Always ensure excellent customer/guest experience
* Recruit, train, and develop team members and future leaders
* Maintain brand standards, compliance, and operational excellence
* Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs effectively
* Control stock, ordering, and waste management to protect margins
* Analyse performance reports and implement action plans to improve results
About You
* Proven experience in a Store Manager, General Manager, or senior leadership role within hospitality or retail
* You are passionate about health-led food and lifestyle brands
* A hands-on leader who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to reach their full potential
* Commercially aware with experience managing sales targets, KPIs, labour, and costs
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer/guest experiences
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
* Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to build a strong team culture
* Confident in problem solving and decision making under pressure
