Do you have a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for keeping operations running seamlessly? We’re seeking a Business Support professional to play a key role within our Assets Team - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting operational excellence.
This role is based at our Warrington office, with four days on-site and one day remote working. Occasional travel to our Liverpool and St Helens offices may also be required.
Responsibilities
* Support a multi-disciplinary technical team in areas like Disrepair, Response Repair, Estate Services, and Empty Properties.
* Ensure tasks are completed within targets, maintaining evidence and audit trails for compliance.
* Manage and update IT systems and databases to ensure accurate evidence for audits.
* Collect, update, and verify asset management, housing, and financial records for accuracy.
* Track progress and maintain a proactive approach to meet internal and external customer needs.
* Assist the Asset team in developing systems to improve efficiency and provide assurance.
What we’re looking for
* Level 3 qualification in Business Admin or equivalent experience
* Demonstrable experience of delivering a business / compliance support service within a property maintenance or technical working environment.
* Experience with QL or other case management systems is desirable.
* A basic understanding of damp and mould issues would be advantageous, though not essential.
* Demonstrate the ability to use IT programmes and platforms to maintain accurate records, analysing and updating core IT systems and databases associated with statutory maintenance and compliance programmes of work
* An understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to property maintenance and construction projects.
* Evidence of co-ordinating and demonstrating the importance of value for money in everyday operations.
* Demonstrates a commitment to H&S to ensure safe operations and environment for staff and customers.
* Demonstrates a high level of skill in business support gained through extensive knowledge and relevant experience
* A proven track record in delivering a business support service within a property maintenance environment.
Interview Process
Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview. Interviews will take place on Friday 17th December.
