We are seeking an organised, proactive, and experienced Building Surveyor to support our long-term maintenance & repair contract with Lincolnshire County Council.
This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving a diverse portfolio of public sector buildings across the county, including primary schools, libraries, museums, youth centres, offices, and operational sites. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates based in – or able to easily cover – South Lincolnshire, though applicants from across the county and bordering regions (Peterborough, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Norfolk, Leicestershire, North Lincolnshire) are welcomed.
