About the Role:
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this scheme, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, driving performance and maintaining the contractor’s commitment to excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing commercial and retail projects up to £15m.
* Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
* Tenured and progressive career history
* Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, degree or equivalent).
