What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering features end‑to‑end across backend and frontend
* Designing and building APIs, integrations, background jobs, and data models
* Working across PHP/Laravel and a .NET backend
* Owning the full lifecycle: discovery → implementation → release → monitoring → iteration
* Collaborating closely with product and design teams
* Writing secure, scalable, and maintainable production code
* Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction
* Mentoring engineers through pairing, PR feedback, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
* Strong senior‑level full‑stack engineering experience
* Strong production experience with PHP and Laravel
* Comfortable working with a .NET backend
* Solid web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, authentication, performance, security)
* Experience with APIs, queues, integrations, and data modelling
* Able to work independently with high accountability and ownership
* Clear communicator with product, design, and stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Experience with React or Vue
* Experience working across multiple backend technologies
* Passion for engineering quality and pragmatic decision‑making
